Kareena wears dress worth Rs.800,000 in 'Kambakkht Ishq'

New Delhi, Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor will sport a dress worth Rs.800,000 for a song in "Kambakkht Ishq". Producer Sajid Nadiadwala had specially ordered it for the actress from Paris.
"When the song was completed and the whole crew had a look, it looked very beautiful and eye catching. But most importantly everyone's eyes were stuck at seeing Kareena's dress. Kareena was looking gorgeous. The dress cost Rs.800,000," said a source close to the producer. The filmmaker has also gifted the dress to Kareena as she looked really pretty wearing it. "Sajid Nadiadwala is a wonderful person at heart. He always makes sure that his cast and crew is happy. Kareena was happy after receiving such an extra-ordinary gift from Sajid bhai. She was short of words to express her feeling after she received the gift." added the source. Kareena plays a supermodel in the movie, which has Akshay Kumar in the male lead. It also stars Hollywood biggies Sylvester Stallone, Brandon Routh and Denise Richards.

Wedding can wait for 2 years - Kareena

Kareena Kapoor, who has received as many as four awards in just one month, says plans of her marriage to Saif Ali Khan may not happen for at least two years as her career is going great guns.
“It won’t happen for the next two years for sure. Am I crazy to get married now when so many wonderful things are happening to my career? Saif himself is ultra-busy trying to set up his production house. Marriage can wait. I’m just happy to have him by my side. I’ve got the best guy any girl can ever have.
“Right now I’m so busy I don’t have time to sleep properly. I haven’t even had time to move into my new house,” Kareena told us in an interview.
Overwhelmed after receiving four awards, she said: “Who doesn’t like attention, recognition and awards? I’ve got four awards in a month beginning with the environment award I got from Erin Brockovich, then two youth icon awards from Rotary International and Stardust. And now on Tuesday I was honoured by FICCI which Yash Chopra gave to me.
“My mother gets exasperated each time I bring home another trophy. Saif Ali Khan wants to know where I’m going to keep all of them. I’ve set aside a whole enclave for trophies and awards. I love looking at them. One day my children are going to look at them and be proud of me.”
Now, after a long time, Kareena Kapoor will be in Mumbai for a month. “I’ve a month-long schedule of Rensil (D’Silva’s) film coming up in Mumbai.”

Bollywood Gossip : Bollywood Actor Shahid Kapur seems to be happy with his career and he’s left the break up of his four year old relationship with Kareena Kapoor behind.
He says he hasn’t lost faith in love and is willing to fall in love again.
He’s said, “Life throws googlies at you. You catch some, you miss some! But, I haven’t lost faith in love. I am like any normal guy. I would love to fall in love again. But, as of now, I am single. And I would rather have people talk about my work.”
He says he’s not troubled by the constant link ups with his co-star.
He’s stated, “Well, what can I say? It’s very sweet of people to keep linking me up with somebody or the other. I think they just hate to see me single.”
On the career front, Shahid’s been voted a favorite youth icon and he’s super excited about it.
Shahid who turns 28 on February 25 says, “I’m all set to make up for my long absence. Being voted as a youth icon is both an honor and very encouraging too. The year has begun on a good note and I don’t want to look back at all.”

Saif to marry Kareena shortly

Though many times, Kareena and Saif’s marriage news circulated in air, Chotte Nawab at last spill the beams and satisfied the thirst of those who are longing to know when Bollywood’s most desirable couple will tie the knot. So this is for you all hungry guys. The breaking news is that Saif declared that he is going to get married to his sweetheart very soon.

"This relationship is 'IT' for me. Today I feel very settled and very happy, though a bit lonely. And when I've bad days, I feel I'm being ungrateful. I'm now looking forward to settling down with Kareena. Our marriage will happen very shortly as soon as we both have a little less work on hand and we can give the marriage quality time. Kareena Kapoor- The new brand ambassador of "PepsiCo"

Actress Kareena Kapoor has been appointed the new brand ambassador of soft drinks giant PepsiCo's snacks. She will be seen with boyfriend Saif Ali Khan, actress Juhi Chawla and cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni in a new ad campaign for the product.

"It is a privilege to be associated with the brand as it is a big hit among youngsters. I'm excited and looking forward to a long and fulfilling association with the brand," said Kareena in a press statement.

The new TV commercial will go on air in mid-November.

"Kareena's vibrant persona, pan-India appeal and her confident attitude makes her a great fit for our brands," said Deepika Warrier, PepsiCo's marketing director.

Apart from its carbonated and non-carbonated drinks, Pepsico is known for snacks range that includes Cheetos, Munchies and many more.
