Recently, she was shown the door from the S Pictures production venture ‘Anandapurathu Veedu’. Ramya, one of the most happening stars in Sandalwood, disclosed that she is scared of too much speed. She was speaking at the muhurat of her next film Ullasa where her hero is national and international motor race champion C. Vijayakumar. She revealed that she is apprehensive about shooting scenes where she needs to pillion ride with Vijayakumar.

Ullasa went to the floors at the Manyatha Embassy Park at Nagavara with Transport Minister R. Ashok flagging off and Shivaraj Kumar sounding the clapboard. The director of the film is Prakash. Suman, Sharat Lohitashva, Sharan, Avinash, Bullet Prakash, Anil, Appu Venkatesh are also in the cast. The film is being produced by P. Nagaraj and K. Ramesh under the banner of Nagaraj combines.

Termed as an action adventure, this film has several stunt sequences involving a

speeding train for which the director is yet to get permission from the Southern Railway officials. Speedster Vijayakumar is very confident that he can jump over a running train for the shoot. Now it seems Ramya will have a difficult time acting this scene in the film unless she opts for a dupe.
